The brief
Kudumbashree’s product brief listed 26 items: flat-bottom pouches in two sizes with tear-off zips, gift boxes and stickers. Every pack had to carry a lot: the product name in Malayalam, Arabic and English, nutrition and ingredient panels, storage and allergen notes, and a QR code, without looking crowded.
What we made
Print-ready, die-lined artwork for more than a dozen products, among them banana flour, banana pasta, fruit bars, tutti frutti, millet malt, millet muesli, turmeric powder and arrowroot powder, plus a gift box and a kit. Each product gets its own colour and character, while the K-inam mark and a shared layout keep the range together on a shelf. Most packs went through two to four rounds of changes with the product teams.
The print file

How it worked
- Kudumbashree and the product units supplied the label text; we designed and laid out every pack.
- We handed over print-ready files with die lines.
- Kudumbashree’s own printer produced and approved the samples.
