This site is run by Polaroid Dosa, the creative wing of Polaris Concepts, at LEAD Business Incubator, Dhoni, Palakkad, Kerala 678009. We only ask for what we need to answer you, and we don't track you around the web.

What we collect

Only what you type into the Start a Project form:

• your name and a phone or WhatsApp number (required)
• your email and company or brand (optional)
• the services you tick, and your message

If you message us on WhatsApp, call us, or email us directly, we get whatever you send that way.

What we do with it

Your enquiry is sent to us as one email, to [email protected], through Google's Gmail. We use it only to reply to you about your project. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

The website itself doesn't save your enquiry in a database. A copy stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to talk to you and keep a record of the work.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no ad or social-media trackers. Our fonts, images and films are served from our own site.

To see how people find and use the site, we count visits with Umami, privacy-friendly statistics software that we run on our own server, so the numbers are not shared with any other company. It uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. It records the page, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and country, and which of our buttons were clicked (for example "WhatsApp" or "Enquiry sent"). Nothing you type into the form is sent to it.

Like most websites, our web server keeps a standard log of each request (network address, page, browser and time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

To stop spam, the form remembers the network address that sent it for one hour, in memory only, and allows at most five enquiries an hour from one address.

Other services you might use

If you choose WhatsApp, or follow our links to Instagram or LinkedIn, those services handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what you sent us. Write to [email protected] or call +91 94469 76393, and we'll reply within one working day. This is also where to send any complaint about how we handled your details.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
